Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms form a contract between you and MAWIK TOURS LTD for use of Milemate, an online-only software service. By creating an account or using the workspace you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Milemate is an online-only digital SaaS — a records and summary organiser for driver trips, mileage and earnings. It computes summaries from figures you enter or import and produces charts, expense lists and recap media. There are no physical goods and no shipping; access is sold as a subscription, not as credits or stored value. It is not a ride-hailing, dispatch or payment-collection service.

3. Money and licensing boundary

Milemate never collects, holds or transfers your fares, does not dispatch or match rides, and does not act as a taximeter or platform of record. Your fares are paid to you by the platforms you drive for or your own channels.

Records are not tax, accounting, legal or licensing (PHV / taxi licence) advice. You remain responsible for your own licensing, insurance, safety and tax compliance.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. Milemate is intended for working drivers; it is not for children under 13, and users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Your data and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter or import. Milemate does not connect to a taximeter or platform account for official reconciliation. Do not use the service to falsify records for tax evasion or fraud.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Allowances are per period and do not roll over. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property and your content

We own the Milemate software and brand. You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the records generated from them, as set out in the Content License.

8. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs are AI-assisted organisational aids and may contain errors; see the AI Disclaimer. We do not warrant any particular financial or tax outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAWIK TOURS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on generated records. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time; the current period stays active. We may suspend or end access for breach or where required by law. Sections that by nature survive termination continue to apply.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. We may update these Terms and will post the new version with an updated date. Contact support@mawiktouurs.shop with any questions.
