What Milemate produces
Milemate uses AI-assisted tools to organise the trips, mileage and earnings you enter into summaries, ledgers, expense lists, charts and recap videos. These are organisational aids to help you keep records — not certified financial statements.
Not tax, accounting, legal or licensing advice
The records and tax-time lists Milemate generates are for your reference only. They do not constitute tax, accounting, legal or operating-licence (PHV / taxi licence) advice. Your tax filing follows your local tax authority's rules; consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser where needed.
We never collect your fares
Milemate does not collect, hold or transfer any money, and does not dispatch or match rides. Your fares are paid to you by the platforms you drive for or your own channels. Stripe is used only to charge your Milemate subscription.
Accuracy is your responsibility
Mileage, earnings and expense figures come from what you enter or import. Milemate does not connect to a taximeter or platform account for official reconciliation, and AI-assisted outputs can contain errors. Review every figure before you rely on it.
Illustrative charts
Sample charts and cost estimates (for example indicative insurance and maintenance per mile) are labelled illustrative / indicative and are estimates, not verified costs. Replace them with your real figures.
