Trip · mileage · net earnings — for drivers

Log the trip,
see the money.

Milemate turns a driver's daily trips into clean earnings summaries, business-versus-private mileage ledgers and tax-ready records — records only, we never collect your fares.

Records only — we never collect your fares. This is an AI-assisted organiser, not tax, accounting, legal or licensing advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter.

How it works

Five steps from a night's driving to a recap you can file.

Log your trips, generate the summary, check the charts, adjust the split, then export a records pack — PDF, CSV, charts and an optional weekly recap video, each carrying a records-only note.

What you get

Not another driver app — a trip, mileage and net-earnings organiser.

01

Trip log in plain words

Type or paste the day's runs across every app you drive for. Milemate reads the note and turns it into a structured trip and earnings record.

Chat-style panel where a driver describes the day's trips and earnings
02

Business vs private mileage

Every mile is split into on-the-job and personal, with a running ledger you can hand to an accountant at tax time.

03

Net earnings, not just gross

Platform commission, fuel and running costs come off the top so you see what actually landed — per hour and per business mile.

04

Tax-ready expense list

A categorised expense list with flags for the receipts you still need — organised for your return, never filed on your behalf.

FAQ

The boundaries, up front.

Does Milemate collect my fares or handle my pay?+

No. Milemate never collects, holds or moves your fares, and it does not dispatch or match rides. Your fares are paid by the platforms you drive for or your own channels. We only charge your Milemate subscription through Stripe.

Is this tax advice?+

No. Milemate is a record and summary organiser. The mileage and expense lists are for your reference; your tax filing follows your local tax authority's rules. Speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser where needed.

Where do the numbers come from?+

You enter or import them. Milemate does not connect to a taximeter or platform account for official reconciliation, so you are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you log.

The company name says TOURS — is this a travel agency?+

No. Milemate is a software tool for driver trip, mileage and earnings records. It does not book travel or sell trips.

Records only. Milemate never collects your fares, holds or moves money, dispatches rides or matches passengers. It is an AI-assisted organiser and is not tax, accounting, legal or licensing (PHV / taxi licence) advice.
